How to Use Harmony Refining Body Polish:

Apply a quarter sized amount for use on the face or body.  While skin is wet, gently scrub into skin in a circular motion, avoiding eyes and other sensitive areas.  For best results, massage for at least one minute to remove dry, flaky skin. Rinse well.  Use as often as your skin requires exfoliation.

How to Use Harmony Hydrating Oil:

For Face & Body:  Apply a few drops of oil to hands and rub together.  Generously massage into skin until evenly distributed, paying attention to problematic & dry areas for full coverage.  For best results, use immediately after cleansing & bathing while skin is damp.  Use morning and night.  

For Hair: Use fingertips and massage gently from root to tip.  For best results, apply to clean hair and scalp.  Use as often as needed.
