Shipping policy

River of Jordan Organics (ROJOrganics) luxury skin and body care products are packed and shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Please allow us 7-10 business days after you place your order for processing and shipping, as our products are hand made fresh in small batches, with love and your skin in mind.

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and major US holidays are not considered business days.  

Once you submit your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox to confirm your order completion. When your hand-made order is headed your way, you will receive a second email with package tracking information. It’s that easy!

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
