River of Jordan Organics (ROJOrganics) luxury skin and body care products are packed and shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana.

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS for a flat rate of $7.50 per order. Orders $100 or more ship FREE.

Please allow us 7-10 business days after you place your order for processing and shipping, as our products are hand made fresh in small batches, with love and your skin in mind.

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and major US holidays are not considered business days.

Once you submit your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox to confirm your order completion. When your hand-made order is headed your way, you will receive a second email with package tracking information. It’s that easy!

Currently, we only ship nationally within the United States and to US Territories.

If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will be happy to take care of it for you. Please email info@rojorganics.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective products and we will be happy to assist.
